Acceptable Use Policy
Use the service only for content you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process.
1. Rights and lawful access
You must not use the service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual or other rights. Do not process private, confidential, stolen, hacked or unlawfully obtained material, or private-account, paywalled, login-protected or access-restricted media without authorization.
2. No circumvention
You must not bypass or attempt to bypass passwords, authentication, paywalls, DRM, access controls, geographic restrictions or other technical protection measures. Do not manipulate URLs or tools to defeat a platform’s restrictions.
3. Protected expression and music
You must not use the service primarily to copy another creator’s protected expression or to reproduce protected music, recordings or song lyrics without permission or another lawful basis. Generated text should be reviewed and made genuinely original where appropriate.
4. Harmful and deceptive conduct
Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, stalking, threats, defamation, exploitation, illegal sexual content, abuse, discrimination, or other illegal or seriously harmful conduct.
5. Security and automated abuse
Do not upload malware, probe or attack the service, interfere with availability, evade rate limits, run excessive automated requests, perform excessive scraping, or attempt to access non-public records, blocklists or another visitor’s data.
6. Platform and legal compliance
You must comply with applicable law and the rules of the websites and platforms involved. Public availability alone is not permission to copy, republish or commercially exploit material.
7. Enforcement
Requests, URLs or technical sources may be refused, rate-limited or blocked when violations or abuse are detected. The service can terminate active sessions and restrict requests, URLs or technical sources, but it does not use invasive fingerprinting or maintain a persistent cross-device offender profile and cannot promise to identify every repeat offender. Serious or repeated abuse may be referred to relevant providers or authorities where legally required.
