Copyright and Takedown Policy

1. Copyright complaints

A complaint should provide the claimant’s full name, contact email, a description of the original copyrighted work, the location or URL of the original work, the submitted/source URL used with this application, an explanation of the alleged infringement, a good-faith declaration, an accuracy and authority declaration, an electronic signature and consent to process the complaint information.

Incomplete, misleading or fraudulent complaints may not be acted upon. Submitting a false complaint may create legal liability.

2. Review and URL blocking

Complaints are stored for private operator review. When a complaint or creator opt-out is found valid, the operator can add the normalized source URL to a protected server-side blocklist. Trivial URL variations are normalized where technically practical so that the same blocked content is not immediately reprocessed.

A block may be refused or removed when the complaint is incomplete, fraudulent, withdrawn, resolved, or contradicted by a valid counter-notice or other lawful basis.

3. Counter-notices

A person whose authorized source URL has been blocked may select “Counter-notice” in the form and provide their name, email, the blocked source URL, an explanation of the lawful basis for processing, the required declarations, electronic signature and consent. Additional information may be requested where applicable law requires it.

4. Creator opt-out

A creator or authorized representative may request that a specific public URL not be processed by selecting “Creator opt-out request.” The request should identify the URL, explain the relationship to the content and include the declarations and signature. Opt-outs are applied where the request can be reasonably verified and the block is technically practical.

5. Repeat abuse

The service may block reported URLs, limit requests, suspend or delete accounts, revoke active sessions, or block technical sources associated with abuse. This build does not maintain a dedicated automated repeat-infringer scoring system and does not promise that every repeat offender can be identified across devices.

6. No safe-harbour representation

This policy does not claim that the operator has a registered DMCA agent, qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbour, or is located in any particular jurisdiction. Those matters require verified operator information and qualified legal review.
